The NCA-5540 is a high-performance 1U rackmount network security appliance powered by 5th Gen Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors (Emerald Rapids). It offers optimized network traffic management and enhanced virtualized network security features. Equipped with two GbE RJ45 ports, an RJ45 console port, and the capability to integrate four NCS2 or two N2S NIC modules, the NCA-5540 provides maximum flexibility.
The platform supports up to 768 GB DDR5 5600MHz RDIMM and features two USB 3.0 ports, two 2.5” HDD/SSD bays, one M.2 (SATA) 2280 B+M key slot, and two M.2 NVMe (PCIe) 2280 M key slots. With Intel® QuickAssist Technology, data encryption and compression are accelerated, resulting in improved overall performance.
