Return Concept

Old devices as well as the components of all small-sized and large-sized appliances purchased from Landitec GmbH can be sent during the usual office hours, Mo. – Fr. between 08.30 a.m. – 05.00 p.m. The delivery address is as follows: Landitec GmbH, Südfeld 9C, 59174 Kamen, Germany. If your return delivery contains more than 10 small-sized and large-sized appliances, please declare your delivery via e-mail or phone call two working days in advance. The disposal is a free-of-charge service for our customers.

All appliances as well as the components which have been delivered for disposal are irrevocable and are not retrievable due to legal reasons. Please carefully check your devices declared for disposal and remove, delete or destroy all data carriers and media. Landitec GmbH also provides a professional data deleting service for your disks/data carriers before disposal. If you are interested in making use of this service, please make a request before delivery. Our sales team will send you an according offer. The REMONDIS Electrorecycling GmbH records the disposed electronic devices in an according electronic old devices register. The Landitec GmbH is registered under the WEEE-Reg.-No. DE 48641315 with accordance to the German federal law for electronic devices (ElektroG).
